OB3 Research (OB3), in partnership with Severn Wye Energy Agency Ltd (SWEA), has been commissioned by the North Wales Wildlife Trust to undertake an evaluation of the Stand for Nature Wales project.
The Welsh Wildlife Trusts have been awarded £2.5 million to deliver a project called Stand for Nature Wales through the National Lottery Community Fund’s Climate Action Fund. The Stand for Nature Wales project is the first time that all five regional wildlife trusts in Wales, along with Wildlife Trusts Wales have established a formal partnership and delivered a collaborative project on this scale.
Stand for Nature Wales aims to achieve a Wales richer in wildlife, where young people aged 9-24) drive changing behaviours by influencing peers and communities to take positive action to tackle climate change.
The evaluation aims to assess the extent to which the project has achieved its aims and objectives and the difference it has made to people who have engaged with the project.
