OB3 Research, in collaboration with Robert Chapman and Co, has been commissioned by the Welsh Government to undertake a review of its entrepreneurial support services Enterprise Hubs. Operationally known as Business Wales Enterprise Hubs, there are five in place located across Wales in Anglesey, Wrexham, Newtown, Carmarthen, and Caerphilly. The network has been in place since 2018.
The evaluation has two main objectives
to review the impact and delivery of the Enterprise Hub network to date
to consider if there is a continued rationale to fund the Enterprise Hubs and how any future delivery models could support the needs of entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses in Wales.
